How to book an appointment at the Indian consulate in Los Angeles

Most of what you want from Consulate General of India, Los Angeles starts somewhere else, at a VFS counter, so check which door you need before you book anything.

For anything VFS handles you book on the VFS portal, not on a consulate page. The consulate's own calendar covers notarial acts and emergencies.

The ICWF contribution goes in its own money order or cashier's check. One cheque for everything is a common reason for a file coming back.
